RAWALPINDI: In yet another major breakthrough, security forces have arrested the terrorists involved in the recent attack that led to the martyrdom of six security personnel at Ziarat.
According to unofficial sources, the operation was conducted based on intelligence gathered by security forces in the Ghat Ghandi area of North Waziristan.
The operation has turned out to be a significant success for the security forces in their ongoing fight against terrorism, sending strong message to the terrorists that their cowardly acts will not go unpunished.
MM News has learnt that during the operation, security forces surrounded the terrorists’ hideout after receiving information about their presence. The terrorists, including a burqa-clad terrorist, were arrested. Shockingly, the terrorists were dressed in women’s clothes to avoid detection.
Arms and communication equipment were also recovered during the operation. The arrested terrorists have confessed to their involvement in the Ziarat incident during interrogation. More revelations are expected as the investigation progresses.
