ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has ordered to hear corruption cases on a daily basis.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan has issued a written order for tomorrow’s hearing of a case related to the establishment of 120 new accountability courts. The court remarked that the process of recording evidence should be expedited and completed as soon as possible.
The Supreme Court also directed the accountability courts to decide cases as soon as possible. The apex court also directed the accountability courts not to adjourn the cases and directed the chairman NAB to ensure the implementation of the court orders.

The Supreme Court further directed the Prosecutor General NAB to ensure the attendance of prosecution witnesses while the accountability court directed Karachi to decide the Lakhra power plant case within a week.
The court directed that the statements of the prosecution and the accused’s witnesses be recorded by 2nd November. The court also sought an implementation report from the Registrar Accountability Court Karachi.
