PESHAWAR: The roof of a house has collapsed in Mardan, killing three people, including two children.
In Mardan, two children and one man were killed when the roof of a house collapsed. As soon as the incident was reported, rescue teams reached the spot. Roof waste is being removed and the bodies of the three persons will be handed over to heirs after the necessary procedure. Authorities said that the cause of the crash is being investigated.
This is the second roof collapse in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa this year. Five people, including a mother and four daughters, were killed and two others were injured when the roof of their house collapsed in Peshawar.

The tragic incident took place in January at Inqilab Colony Tehkal in the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The mother along with her four daughters were crushed to death in the house when the roof collapsed.
Rescue personnel shifted two injured persons to Khyber Teaching Hospital on January 12 and provided medical aid to them. According to the hospital administration, the condition of the injured was out of danger.
