Heavy monsoon rain earlier lashed parts of Karachi yet again has left roads flooded, and cars submerged, while a new hurricane alert has also been issued.
According to details, two days of rain in Karachi flooded the city. The sewerage system of the Korangi Industrial Area was responded to before heavy rains. The flow of traffic has been affected due to the accumulation of rainwater in different parts of the city including Qayyumabad.

The road leading to Korangi was flooded. Rainwater also accumulated at the entrance of the city court. Due to strong winds in Defense, the tree was uprooted while a new alert has also been issued regarding the hurricane.
According to an alert issued by the Director of Meteorological Department, Sardar Sarfraz, till yesterday, the Hurricane was 400 km southwest of Karachi.
