Nasrullah Khan Afridi, president of the Pakistan Airlines Cabin Crew Association, has expressed concern over the quality of food served to passengers during Pakistan International Airlines flights.

“” He further said that poor food was served to the passengers on PIA flight PK 304 from Lahore to Karachi yesterday. He said a female passenger uploaded a video in which she complained that the food served to her had blood on a piece of chicken.
The flight was delayed for six hours. Nasrullah Khan said that a transparent investigation should be launched and all the concerned officials must answer for the wrong decisions of the last four years and six months.
He appealed to the officials concerned to conduct an impartial inquiry to find out the quality of food served to the passengers on the PIA flights.
