The accused, who raped a six-year-old girl named Maham has been arrested by the police after he confessed the heinous crime.
According to the details, the arrested accused named Zakir Andola while confessing to the crime has given a statement to the police that around 11:30 pm he along with the victim kept riding around the area in a rickshaw for about an hour.
The accused further said that he was in an extremely drunk state and the girl was first subjected to sexual assault in the back of his rickshaw after which she was semi-conscious. Later At around 12.30 pm, he took the girl to the ground of the Sunday Bazaar. He parked the rickshaw under a tree in front of the ground and again sexually assaulted the girl, he further added.
According to him, the girl later suddenly jumped from the rickshaw and fell on the ground, resulting in breaking her neck bone, which seems baseless as the culprit might have killed her from his bare hands. In the statement, he said that the girl could not see anything as it was dark and there was no one there but them.

He picked up the girl whose body was covered with a cloth he picked from the ground and started the rickshaw took her and kept wandering around the area.
Later, the accused threw Mahim in a garbage dump and went home. Upon being asked where he was the whole night, he told his wife that he had taken a ride to Jinnah Hospital. The accused was trying to flee to cover up his crime, but police arrested him and he confessed to the crime.
In the evening, the accused came to his house to get clothes and also bought tickets to go to Multan. He called his wife and tried to escape with the children. The accused called the family first to a hotel and then to Sohrab Goth. The accused was a drug addict and suffering from an illness aswell.
