MUMBAI: Renowned Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor and her husband, actor Saif Ali Khan have made an announcement on Wednesday mentioning a new addition to their family.
On a social media post, Kareena said, “We are very pleased to announce that we are expecting an addition to our family !! Thank you to all our well-wishers for all their love and support. -Saif and Kareena.

Saif’s sister Soha also confirmed the news on social media with a congratulatory post for the couple.

The Bollywood couple, who tied the knot on October 16, 2012, have one son, Taimur, born on December 20, 2016.
Saif has two children from his earlier marriage to Amrita Singh, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan. Today is Sara’s 25th birthday.
Kareena’s father, veteran actor Randhir Kapoor, had earlier said that the couple hadn’t told him about it (another baby) yet, saying he was hearing the news for the first time.
He also said, “I hope it’s true and if so, I would be very happy. There should be two kids to give each other company, “he added.
The actress has been keeping herself busy during the lockdown by posting images on her Instagram. She had recently posted pictures from a shoot done at home wherein she was photographed by Saif Ali Khan at their residence.
