Bollywood famous filmmaker Imtiaz Ali has revealed that heartthrob actor Ranbir Kapoor is a disaster at flirting.
Imtiaz Ali, who worked with Ranbir Kapoor in movies ‘Rockstar’ and ‘Tamasha’ during an interview expressed a different opinion about the actor. For Imtiaz, he feels that the Barfi is a disaster at flirting.
The filmmaker revealed that Barfi once liked a girl and when he tried to set Ranbir up with her, he realised that the actor is a disaster at flirting. “Ranbir Kapoor? The same chap? Is he a flirt? Not at all! I mean he tries. He tries but he just gets very nervous about it,” the filmmaker asserted.
“There was a time when he kind of liked a girl in Delhi. We were shooting so I said, well, I’m going to introduce her to you because I know her and so, have a chat. So he said yes do that,” he revealed.

He continued that then Ranbir went to talk to her about something else and he was so nervous, he kept clawing at him and trying to pull him back because he thought that I’m going to say something which will spill his beans. “What beans? That my friend finds you attractive? He couldn’t bear to have that known about him. So this is not the sign of a flirt at all,” said the filmmaker, ” he shared.
Moreover, after years of speculation around Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s love affair and wedding, the Rockstar actor finally confirmed a few months ago that he is indeed dating her and they will soon tie the knot.
The actor revealed that if there had not been a pandemic situation, the couple has got married already. In an interview with the film critic and journalist Rajeev Masand, Ranbir Kapoor opened up about his personal life and the impending wedding.
