LAHORE: The interim bail granted to former law minister Rana Sanaullah by Lahore High Court ends today.
During the last trial, LHC Justice Ali Baqar Najafi conducted the hearing in which the judge granted Rana Sanaullah an interim bail and ordered to submit two surety bonds of Rs 5 lac each before his bail.
During the hearing, the counsel of Rana Sanaullah argued that whenever the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had probed his client, he was also showed his presence.
Sanaullah was arrested on 1st July by the ANF when he was traveling from Faisalabad to Lahore. According to an ANF spokesperson, a large number of drugs were recovered from the PML-N leader’s car.
