According to details, rain in Islamabad and its surroundings has improved the weather. The first winter rain is ongoing in Swabi, which appears to be addressing the moisture deficiency in the region’s agricultural lands. In Bhakkar, the intensity of the departing cold has increased due to the rain.
A report indicates that the rain has brought new hope to drought-affected areas. Agricultural experts believe that this rain will positively impact the rain-fed gram crop in the Thal region. Thunderstorms and rain have also been reported in various areas, including Sarai Mughal, Halla Sheikham, and Hanjrai Kalan.
On the other hand, multiple feeders tripped during the rain, affecting the electricity supply. Agricultural experts state that this rain will be beneficial for the wheat crop and help reduce seasonal illnesses like flu and colds. Heavy rainfall in Pind Dadan Khan and its surrounding areas has moderated the extreme weather conditions.
Officials report that cold winds have started blowing in Burewala due to the rain, leading to a noticeable drop in temperature. In Bachiana, rain has been falling intermittently since late at night, causing an eight-hour power outage. Torrential rain in Rajana city and its suburbs has intensified the cold.
