LAHORE: All private and public schools in Punjab will reopen on Monday, while earlier winter holidays were extended due to extreme cold across the province.
Education Minister of Punjab Murad Rass asked the student and teachers to get ready for classes on Monday (today).
In a twitter message, Murad Rass said, “My dear students are ready for School. As you can see in the coded message below, please open the Schools immediately. I want to wish my Honourable Teachers & my dear students the best for School starting tomorrow.”

Earlier, due to the chilly weather in the province, the Punjab government had decided to extend the educational institutions ‘ winter vacation until January 5.
While on January 1, academic activities resumed in Sindh, including Karachi, as educational institutions throughout the province reopened following winter holidays on Wednesday.
