ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan will address a public gathering on Sunday (today) in Abbottabad city of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
All arrangement have been completed at the Abbottabad College Ground where the former prime minister will address a public gathering as part of his mass public contact campaign.
Imran Khan released a video message ahead of the Abbottabad meeting saying they are holding a rally against the imported government. “We have to inform the people, we are preparing the whole nation,” he said, adding that people should ensure their full participation.
PTI Chairman Imran Khan had announced to address 14 public gatherings in two weeks. On Friday May 6, he held a massive rally in his hometown Mianwali where he announced to give call for long march to Islamabad any time after May 20.

Imran Khan addressed overseas Pakistanis on Saturday May 7 simultaneously in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Dublin, France, Italy, Holland, Belgium, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Norway, Germany, and Switzerland.
The upcoming public gatherings will be in Jhelum on May 10, Attock on May 12, Mardan on May 13, Sialkot on May 14, Faisalabad on May 15, Swabi on May 16, Kohat on May 17, Chakwal on May 19 and Multan on May 20. He will address two separate conventions of lawyers and ulema in Lahore on May 18.
