President Asif Ali Zardari has returned home after completing a successful 10-day visit to China. During the President’s visit, several MoUs were also signed.
The President visited Chengdu, Shanghai, Urumqi, and Kashgar in China, where he held meetings with the provincial leadership. Discussions were held on Pakistan-China relations, CPEC, and future corridors.
In key meetings, regional peace, development, and cooperation were also discussed. The President’s visit to China is being described as a reaffirmation of the commitment to the Pakistan-China strategic partnership.
It is worth mentioning that Pakistan-China friendship is described as deeper than the ocean and sweeter than honey, and the decades-long partnership of both countries is appreciated at the global level.
On the other hand, opponents of Pakistan-China friendship also make various remarks, but the friendship between Pakistan and China has stood the test of time year after year.
