RAWALPINDI: The Pakistan People’s party is set to observe the 12th death anniversary of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto on Friday by holding party workers meeting at Rawalpindi’s Liaquat Bagh.
To mark the 12th death anniversary of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto, all preparations have been finalised as PPP will hold a rally at Liaquat Bagh at the site of her assassination. PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and other party leaders have reached the venue to attend the ceremony.

All the roads going to Liaquat Bagh have been decorated with PPP flags and pictures of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Benazir Bhutto, Asif Ali Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto will address the meeting for which PPP workers and supporters from all over the country continued arriving in the city. The party claims that most participants from Sindh, Balochistan, KPK, AJK and Punjab have already reached at Liaquat Bagh.
Regarding the arrival of a large number of party workers, the party have made arrangements for their stay in the local hotels in Rawalpindi. More than 50,000 seats have been placed in the parks for the party workers.
