ISLAMABAD: Premier Imran Khan is scheduled to chair a cabinet meeting today at the Prime Minister’s House.
As per details, the prime minister will discuss the country’s political and economic situation with the cabinet. The on-going coronavirus outbreak will also be discussed and measures taken regarding it would also be discussed.
The cabinet will be briefed on Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) and Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) issues during the meeting.
A decision related to electricity prices will also be considered. The cabinet under the leadership of the prime minister would approve the appointing of a special anti-drug court judge in Islamabad.
Earlier, Imran Khan chaired the federal cabinet meeting to discuss an 11-point agenda where the cabinet reviewed the country’s political situation.
The cabinet considered the recommendations to provide immediate relief to the people. The Education Plan 2020 was also discussed during the meeting.
