ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has convened a meeting of the federal cabinet at the Prime Minister’s House tomorrow.
As per details, during the meeting, a seven-point agenda will be considered in the meeting. The Economic Affairs Division will give a briefing on the use of foreign funds. The Petroleum Division will give a briefing on the gas plan, the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the CDA will give a briefing on the elimination of Margalla Road encroachments.

According to sources, a summary of FC deployment in Gilgit-Baltistan for three years will be submitted for approval, reconstitution of the PEMRA Council of Complaints is also on the agenda. The appointment of DG of Hydrocarbon Development Institute is also part of the agenda. Approval for the construction of a multi-storied building on railway land in Nowshera is also on the agenda.
During the meeting, the political and economic situation of the country will also be discussed. Sources said that the resignations and long march announcements by the opposition parties would also be considered in the meeting of the federal cabinet and a plan of action would be worked out to avoid political instability in the country.
