ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday has called for a parliamentary meeting of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and its coalition partners.
According to reports, the meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will be chaired by PM Imran Khan, the meeting will formulate a plan for the approval of the Armed Forces legislature in the National Assembly.

Sources also reported that the cabinet meeting, scheduled to take place today, was postponed due to legislation in Parliament relating to the Army Acr Amendment bill, similarly, the Prime Minister directed members of the PTI and allied partners to ensure their full participation in the Parliament meeting.
Earlier on Tuesday, the National Assembly was set to vote on the three parliamentary bills on the appointment of service chiefs and chairman of the joint chief of staff committee after they were approved for a second time by the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Defence.
