ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan to have a meeting with coalition leaders today, where he will be briefed about the current political situation of the state.
According to details, Prime Minister Imran Khan will preside over a meeting of the federal cabinet on a 15-point agenda today at 12 noon. After the meeting, the coalition leaders were called for a meeting.
Moreover, the parties in the coalition meeting included are Q League, Muttahida Qaumi Movement (Pakistan), Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA), and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP). PM will take the leaders of the PTI government’s coalition parties into confidence over the current political and economic situation in the country.

Though after the meeting, PM will further hold consultations with the leaders of the coalition parties on important government decisions.
Earlier, Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry announced that PM Imran Khan will soon announce a “Mega Relief Package” to deal with rising inflation, providing relief to 10 million people directly.
While talking to the presser after PTI’s core committee Chaudhry said, the committee expressed concerns over the constant increase in fuel prices at the international market.
Chaudhry further said that, the committee decided that local government representatives in the upcoming polls would be elected through direct elections. Fawad added that, the party had started the process of nomination of candidates in Punjab, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister and others were also running a campaign in the province.
