WASHINGTON: US Department of State spokesperson Matthew Miller has said that the Pakistani politics matter is for the Pakistani people and they have to make their own decisions, according to the constitution.
During the press briefing in Washington, the spokesperson of the US Department of State Matthew Muller said that journalists should be allowed to work freely in Pakistan, the role of independent media is important in democratic societies.
Mathew Miller said that Pakistan’s political affairs have nothing to do with America. While denying the accusations of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) against the US, the spokesperson of the US State Department said that they have already said that the allegations of Chairman PTI are false.

He said that we are in touch with Pakistan on basic and important issues like human rights, the protection of journalists, democracy and democratic values, and the rule of law in Pakistan on a priority basis.
