MULTAN: Parliamentary Secretary for Finance Zain Hussian Qureshi said on Saturday Pakistan’s economy was moving on the right path after it derailed severely with corrupt practices.
While addressing a public gathering at Multan he said past rulers have been led poor to become poorer with rich as richer in Pakistan, added that nor the county’s economy is on the on right track.
Secretary for Finance said PM’s Ehsas Program is milestone measures to alleviate commoners, particularly the life of oppressed segments of society.
He said shelter houses were being constructed to provide roof and food to poor people of the country. He determined and Pakistan would be made an ideological and welfare state in the near future.
He vowed to make the constituency ‘classic’ by providing basic provisions of life-like gas, electricity, sewerage and health at the doorstep of its public.
During visit to different areas of Multan, he reviewed the progress of different projects being carried out at Multan’s UC Budhla Sunnat after moving there.
He directed contractors to expedite the pace of projects to complete them within its timeline.
