PESHAWAR: Pakistani vlogger Abdullah Khattak passed away in a tragic road accident in Peshawar.
The 21-year-old, who was a medical student, was famous for his academic videos. The news about his death was shared by one of his close friends on Instagram.
“I don’t know how to announce this, but tragically last night @ak02k has passed away in a road accident last night,” Bilal Siddiqui wrote along with the picture of the late vlogger.
“There are few words to express the deep pain and sorrow of losing such an angel,
I still don’t believe death would come to you this early,” he added.
Requesting prayers for the deceased soul, Siddiqui added, “Please pray as many times as you can ask Allah for his forgiveness, remember his family in your prayers, it’s really difficult to cope with such a loss.”
“May Allah forgive his beautiful soul like a death of a newborn baby, and provide patience to all his family members,” the post further read.
According to family sources, Abdullah passed away in the early hours of Wednesday after succumbing to injuries following a road accident. The late vlogger was studying medicine at Agha Khan University Hospital and used to upload content related to his studies.
His varsity, too, announced his passing away on Twitter. “We are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of our dear student and friend, Abdullah Khattak (MBBS ‘24), who met with a motorcycle crash earlier today,” the official account tweeted. “Our heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to his family and friends.
Many took to social media and grieved over his untimely demise.
