A 48-year-old Pakistani expat has won a luxury car in the Big Ticket Series 270 draw.
According to Gulf News, Shakirullah Khan, a driving instructor who has been living in Abu Dhabi since 1999, is now the proud owner of a Maserati Grecale.
Khan, who resides with his brother, has been purchasing tickets regularly since 2004. Over the years, he even began selecting numbers based on intuition, hoping one would be his lucky pick.
With his new Maserati, Khan plans to sell the car and share the proceeds with close friends who have supported him throughout his journey.
“I don’t want to celebrate alone – I want to see the joy on their faces as well. That will make this win truly meaningful,” he shared.
He also mentioned that he will continue to try his luck, adding, “Everyone has their moment of good fortune. If you want to shine, keep believing and keep buying Big Ticket.”
