Pakistan defeated Tajikistan 0-1 in the women’s Olympic football qualifier.
In the final match of the AFC Paris Olympic 2024 Women’s Qualifiers, Pakistan beat hosts Tajikistan 0-1 thanks to a decisive goal by Malika Noor.
It should be noted that this was Pakistan’s first success in the qualifiers, however, despite the win, the Pakistani team was already out of the next round of the qualifiers after two consecutive defeats.
In Group E, the Philippines and Hong Kong qualified for the next round, while Pakistan finished third in the group with a win. On the other hand, hosts Tajikistan have lost all three matches in the group.
