KARACHI: At least 85 more people have died in Pakistan due to coronavirus in the last 24 hours. The total number of deaths from the virus in the country has reached 25,305.
According to the latest figures released by the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), coronavirus has been confirmed in 4,553 more people across the country in the last 24 hours. The total number of virus cases in the country has reached 1.14 million.
According to the NCOC, the overall rate of positive cases across the country during the last 24 hours was 7.4 percent. 61,446 tests were performed in the last 24 hours.

In Gilgit-Baltistan, 9,769 people were affected by coronavirus while 171 died. In Azad Jammu and Kashmir, 31,294 cases and 688 deaths were reported. Across the country, the death rate from coronavirus was 2.2 percent.
In the last 24 hours, 3,413 patients across the country have contracted the virus, bringing the total number of healthy people to 1,022,847 and the number of active cases to 92,244.
