ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has expressed its sorrow over the martyrdom of 30 Kashmiris during the search operations and fake encounters held in occupied Jammu and Kashmir and has strongly protested the incidents from the international community.
According to details, Indian forces martyred 30 Kashmiris in occupied Kashmir in the name of fake encounters and search operations by declaring them, militants and terrorists. The Foreign Office said that the killing of Kashmiris by the Indian occupying forces is continuing.
According to a statement issued by the Foreign Office Spokesperson, the Indian Army did not hand over the bodies of the martyred Kashmiris to their heirs in many incidents whereas in the recent incident five more Kashmiri martyrs were martyred by the Indian Army which was strongly condemned by Pakistan.
Also yesterday, the Foreign Office strongly condemned the extrajudicial killing of four oppressed Kashmiris in occupied Jammu and Kashmir whose heirs were protesting. Pakistan said that the struggle for the right to self-determination cannot be suppressed by barbaric sanctions.
The Foreign Office said in a statement on Wednesday that 25 Kashmiri people had been martyred since 1st October, adding that extrajudicial killings, illegal arrests, and harassment had become commonplace. India’s brutal oppression cannot stop the people of occupied Kashmir from fighting for independence.
