WASHINGTON: Federal Minister of National Health Abdul Qadir Patel has said that Pakistan and America will further promote cooperation in the field of health.
According to the details, while addressing the US-Pakistan Health Dialogue organized by the US Department of State in the US capital, Washington, the Health Minister said that Pakistan and the US will increase cooperation in the fields of immunization, nutrition, maternal and child health.

Therefore during the address, Federal Minister Abdul Qadir Patel said ‘ the two countries have started joint efforts to control diseases in Pakistan’. He thanked America for giving 6.15 million corona vaccines and 1.60 million vaccines for children.
According to federal health minister of Pakistan said ‘we are grateful to the US government for providing protective kits and other medical equipment including ventilators. Pakistan-US cooperation during the war against Corona made things clear that a strong partnership can be a shield against diseases or any war.
He also mentioned that millions of precious human lives can be saved with Pakistan-US cooperation also the US is starting a new program in Pakistan under the US Global Health Security Agenda. this program was decided initially to strengthen the bond between the US Food Drug Administration and DRAP.
