GUJRANWALA: At least nine people, including children, were injured in a gas cylinder explosion in Gujranwala on Sunday.
According to rescue sources, the gas cylinder exploded during a marriage ceremony in the house in the Qila Didar Singh area of Gujranwala. As a result, nine people were injured.
Rescue sources further said that the gas cylinder exploded with a big bang and caused the fire in the house where a marriage ceremony was carried on.
Rescue officials said that nine people suffered serious burns injuries. The injured people were shifted to the hospital for treatment.
