Rakhi Sawant, a well-known Indian actress and dancer, again stirred the sea of social media with announcement of her first-ever Umrah pilgrimage in a viral video message.
The former ‘Bigg Boss’ contestant was seen in an abaya on social media. Several paparazzi accounts shared pictures and clips of Rakhi Sawant. In one, Rakhi herself informs fans that she is heading to Mecca.
Rakhi was also seen in branded couture by Shaista Ali Khan and also posing with the entrepreneur.

In a video, Rakhi is seen sitting on a plane, wearing a hijab. She can be heard saying, “I am going to Umrah for the very first time. I have been called. I am extremely happy. Please keep me in your prayers. I will pray for everyone.”
Rakhi’s Instagram was immediately flooded with criticism and haters when she did that. But Rakhi’s devoted supporters wished her the best of luck.
Many pointed out how in an earlier interview she had shared that Adil had forced her to adopt the religion. Others even shamed her for making a mockery out of the religion. One wrote, “This is a complete mockery of the religion …unbelievable.”
Another wrote, “Earlier, she claimed that Adil had forced her to adopt the religion.”
After tying the knot in 2022, Rakhi and Adil’s relationship fell apart when she accused him of extra-marital affairs, sexual harassment and physical abuse.
