KARACHI: Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah has been summoned by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Rawalpindi on 6th July in the Sindh Roshan case.
The chief minister was earlier summoned by the NAB earlier this month on 4th June in multiple corruption cases which are multi-billion fake bank accounts scam and embezzlement in a solar light project. However, Murad Ali Shah skipped the hearing.
Last year in September, the NAB summoned Murad Ali Shah, however, he skipped the hearing. He was replaced by Principal Secretary.
NAB had given a questionnaire to the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Sindh. The questionnaire containing eight questions was delivered to Murad Ali Shah through the Principal Secretary.
He was once again summoned by the NAB in March this year in a fake accounts case, where he appeared before a five-member NAB team and recorded his statement related to the case of mills situated in Thatta and Dadu.
