Multan Sultans’ foreign player Shai Hope has stated that the crowd chanted against them in Rawalpindi; the crowd in Rawalpindi was not in their favor, but he hopes the crowd will turn up in Multan.
According to a report by national media on Sunday, Shai Hope, speaking at a press conference in Islamabad, stated that Mohammad Rizwan had always kept a smile on his face and that, because of him, there was a positive environment in the dressing room.
Shai Hope stated, “We need to forget past performances and focus on the remaining PSL matches. Multan Sultans are still in the tournament.”
“It is important to perform at crucial moments to secure victories; Multan Sultans will try to win the remaining matches. The Rawalpindi pitch was not a 200-run pitch, but Peshawar Zalmi batted excellently; they batted the way we should have.” He added.
Shai Hope also stated that Tom Kohler-Cadmore and Mohammad Haris batted brilliantly and that Ali Raza is a talented bowler who will prove important for Pakistan in the future.
