A mother and her daughter were reportedly buried alive behind a wall in Hyderabad, Sindh, amidst a property dispute. Prompt police action saved their lives.
According to media reports, the suspects, who are alleged to be the woman’s cousins, sealed the victims inside a wall at their residence in Unit Number 5 of Latifabad.
Police were alerted to the situation and responded swiftly the following day after the victims had been entombed. The suspects fled the scene immediately after committing the crime. Law enforcement officials from B-Section Police Station took decisive action, breaking down the wall to rescue the victims.
Initial investigations suggest that the victims endured being trapped behind the wall for approximately one day.
Currently, police are actively conducting raids to locate and apprehend the suspects involved in this heinous act. The incident has shocked the local community and raised serious concerns about the safety and security of individuals caught in property disputes.
