LAKKI MARWAT: One of the most wanted terrorist of banned outfit TTP is reported to have been killed in an intelligence based operation in Abdul Khel area during the wee hours of Tuesday.

According to information gathered by MM News from multiple sources, the local police accompanied by Counter Terror Department and security forces conducted an intelligence based raid in Abdul Khel area, located in the jurisdiction of Pezo police station of Lakki Marwat.
During the raid, terrorists opened indiscriminate fire. During the retaliatory fire, a terrorist identified as Irshad alias Haider was killed. Irshad son of Dilawar was resident of Manjwala. Police said Irshad was affiliated with TTP Tipu group, and was wanted in at least three cases registered with the Lakki Marwat police.

Police and forces recovered automatic weapon and ammunition from the spot. The DPO Lakki Marwat said a search operation was still underway in the area.
