Sydney: Pakistan cricket captain Mohammad Rizwan has donated his wicketkeeping gloves and shirt to the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) Museum.
According to Geo News, Rizwan presented the items following the T20 match in Sydney. The SCG Museum administration expressed gratitude for the gesture, acknowledging the significance of the donation.
It is worth noting that former Pakistan captain Babar Azam had previously donated the bat he used in the 2022 T20 World Cup final to the Melbourne Cricket Ground’s Long Room for display.
The second match of the three-game T20 series between Pakistan and Australia took place on Saturday in Sydney, where Pakistan faced defeat.
The Green Shirts also faced a humiliating defeat in the third and final T20I against the host to complete a whitewash.
