ISLAMABAD: Finance Minister Miftah Ismail has said that after a difficult time, it is time to give relief to the nation, therefore petrol will be made cheaper today.
According to details, while talking to the media in Islamabad, Finance Minister Miftah Ismail said that we will not wait for July 15 to make petrol cheaper. “The products will be cheaper today, the prime minister wants to give immediate relief to the people,” he maintained.

It should be noted that an agreement has been reached between Pakistan and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) after which the IMF will provide Rs.1.17 billion to Pakistan.
A statement issued by the IMF said that the seventh and eighth review issues have been settled under the IMF, but the IMF board will give final approval to the agreement.
