Urwa Hocane, who ventured into production with her debut movie ‘Tich Button’, is all ready for her heavy-budget star-studded movie to hit the screen.
A few days ago, Sonya Hussyn sent a court notice to the producer Urwa on not paying her for the movie which course ignited a lot of public backlash.
Now, Urwa Hocane has finally addressed the matter in a show and said that she is not aware that Sonya Hussyn has sent any notice to her. “I mean I am just a call away, we have been shooting the movie for so long in a lot of things might happen,” she said.
Hocane said that we should speak to each other and find out, “I am sure there should be some misunderstanding, we all are mature enough and we can resolve issues, why sabotage a project like this.”
According to Urwa, Sonia has been a team. “I know the process has become longer but we understand things and we will address this misunderstanding,” she said by adding, “Maybe Sonya Hussyn would have called me.”

Besides Sonya Hussyn, Feroze Khan has also disassociated from the film when even the teaser came out as they both have allegedly not been paid still. Now, the film’s trailer is out and the stars Iman Ali and Farhan Saeed are out promoting while the other two actors are nowhere to be seen.
The movie is slated to release on November 11 2022. A special dance number from the producer herself Urwa Hocane has also been added to the movie. Directed by Qasim Ali Mureed, the movie is a romantic comedy with a lot of action sprinkled in.
As per the trailer, it has all the typical tropes of a Punjabi family, one desi leading lady countered by a local Pakistani one with peppy songs sprinkled in. The film will be released on 11th November 2022. Earlier, Tich Button was set to release on Eid-ul-Fitr 2020. However, due to COVID-19, the release of the film got postponed.
