KARACHI: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) vice president Maryam Nawaz has decided to attend Benazir Bhutto’s death anniversary gathering on 27th December.
The news has been confirmed by former premier Nawaz Sharif’s spokesman Muhammad Zubair. The PML-N party decided to respond positively to the invitation of PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to attend the anniversary remembrances of his mother Benazir Bhutto at Garhi Khuda Bakhsh.
Sources said that the PML-N under the leadership of Maryam Nawaz will attend the 27th-anniversary gathering. In this regard, she will reach Karachi on 25th December, from where she will leave for Larkana.
On the other hand, Nawaz Sharif’s spokesman Muhammad Zubair has confirmed that Maryam Nawaz Garhi will go to Khudabakhsh on Benazir Bhutto’s death anniversary.
PPP will hold a big power show on the death anniversary of former prime minister late Benazir Bhutto Shaheed. A public meeting will be held on 27th December in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh Larkana. For the designated day, the top leadership of the People’s Party issued instructions for preparations for the rally.
A special campaign will be launched in each district for the success of the 27th December rally. A meeting of the PPP central and provincial organization will also be held in the next few days to prepare for the rally.
