LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) will hear the petition filed by former president Pervez Musharraf against his reserved verdict in the high treason case.
In the petition filed by the former president, he requested the LHC to stop the special court from announcing its reserved verdict in the high treason case against him.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Athar Minallah will hear the plea.

The special court was set to announce the reserved verdict on 28th November for high treason. However, the interior ministry on Monday had submitted a plea, stating that the accusers to be tried with Pervaiz Musharraf, were not included in the trial.
The petition further said the prosecution team submitted written arguments for which it had no authority.
Earlier on 19th November, the special Court reserved its verdict of high treason case against Musharraf, which is scheduled to be announced on 28th November.
