The streaming service Disney+ representatives revealed that because A Shop for Killers opened the door to Disney+ success this year. According to the representative, Disney+ is in close discussion for season 2 of the Korean drama.

The plot revolves around the survival of Jian, the niece of Jeong Jinman who operates a mysterious shopping mall. After Jeong Jinman was declared dead, Jian was left alone at her uncle’s house and became the target of suspicious killers. The story is based on a novel of the same name by Kang Ji Young. The series had a total of 8 episodes.
