LAHORE: The apparently dissident MPA of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) from southern Punjab, Khurram Laghari backtracked on his decision to quit the party, and expressed determination to go ahead and become part of the Long March.

In a new video statement issued late Friday night, Laghari claimed he stood firm with his party Chairman Imran Khan, adding that ” I have stood with Imran Khan and Pervez Elahi, and will continue to stand.” He maintained that he is going to participate in the long march under the leadership of Elahi. “My convoy is moving ahead to participate in the long march,” Laghari said while revealing his plans for his participation.
