In Gulistan-e-Jauhar’s Block 17, 18, 19, 6 and others, you can avail of residential premises of a two-bed lounge from Rs18000 to 22000. In some parts of block 19 including, Pak Tower, Welcome Terrace, Classic VIew and other projects you can avail the rental premises of two-bed lounge for up to Rs15,000 per month.
Rent for 3 beds, 4 and above premises can be available for rent between Rs25000 to 45000 per month. The rent may vary as the government has presented a federal budget for FY2024-35, in which new taxes have been slapped on property.
