KARACHI: Amid the hot and humid conditions, Karachi residents are expected to get some relief as the weather on Thursday is predicted to remain cloudy, with rain anticipated next week.
According to the Met Department’s forecast, the weather will stay cloudy, but hot and humid conditions are likely to persist today, with maximum temperatures ranging between 35-37°C. Humidity levels are expected to range between 70-80% in the morning and 55-65% in the evening.
On Wednesday, Karachi’s temperature ranged from 35°C to 36°C, with an estimated humidity level of 58% and an 18-kilometre per hour sea breeze. Officials reported that the feels-like temperature surged to 55°C in the city.
Meanwhile, rain-wind/thunderstorms are predicted in Mithi, Badin, Umarkot, Tharparkar, and Mirpur Khas on Thursday.
