JUI-F’s Plan-B: Shehryar Afridi to visit Karachi today

KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Shehryar Khan Afridi will arrive in Karachi today to discuss Plan-B of the Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) ongoing sit-ins with party leaders.

The arrival was in the outcome of Plan-B of JUI-F ongoing sit-ins. The party executed its Plan B of the protest with sit-ins from Thursday across the country.

Earlier on Wednesday, JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman announced to initiate plan-B of Azadi March across the country.

Addressing the participants of the anti-government Azadi March in Islamabad, the JUI-F chief said, “We won’t go to our homes, cities or villages. Those who are sitting at homes should also come out and participate in Plan B.”

The JUI-F’s plan-B was initially to start a march from the H-9 sector to D-Chowk of Islamabad, which had also been done by the participants of the 2014 protest of the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI).

However, the JUI-F chief made it clear that they would not leave the spot close to Peshawar.
