ISLAMABAD: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-F (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has announced to initiate plan-B of Azadi March from today across the country.
Addressing the participants of the anti-government Azadi March in Islamabad, the JUI-F chief said that the march had to stick to the protest and convoys would initiate in plan-B.
He added, “We won’t go to our homes, cities or villages. Those who are sitting at homes should also come out and participate in Plan B.”
The JUI-F’s plan-B was initially to start a march from the H-9 sector to D-Chowk of Islamabad, which had also been done by the participants of the 2014 protest of the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI). However, the JUI-F chief made it clear that they would not leave the spot close to Peshawar.
