The PTI government led by Prime Minister Imran Khan has entered its fourth year. During this time, the federal government has seen many ups and downs, including a number of challenges, including the PDM, the long march, and the no-confidence motion.
In the past, PM Imran Khan’s right-hand man (who has been dubbed by the opposition as an expert on ATMs and maneuvering) and current angry leader Jahangir Khan Tareen had secret meetings with PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif.
Earlier, the PML-N had allegedly sought the cooperation of the Chaudhry brothers of the PML-Q in a no-confidence motion against the prime minister and then the same was demanded from Jahangir Khan Tareen, a leading leader of the Like-minded group. Let’s consider whether the government will be able to complete 5 years?
Secret meeting between Shehbaz Sharif and Jahangir Tareen
Pakistani media says that the meeting between Jahangir Tareen and Shahbaz Sharif lasted for hours but the angry PTI leader did not confirm the meeting and said that the members of the assembly gave me a mandate for political decisions while contacts are part of politics.
Talking to the media, Tareen said that everyone is worried about the economic situation and inflation in the country. We think that the group cannot remain indifferent to public concerns and difficulties. It should be noted that the Jahangir Tareen group has more than 30 members.
Secret dealings for the no-confidence motion
Opposition parties, including the PDM, want to keep their meetings and other activities secret, which few politicians are aware of, some analysts say. It seems that the opposition is on a secret mission.
It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. The government has completed a period of 3.6 years and is busy trying to spend the remaining year and a half in one way or another.
Position of PPP and Q-League
Maulana Fazlur Rehman contacted former president Asif Ali Zardari seven days ago and discussed other issues including the no-confidence motion. PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari assured support for a no-confidence motion against the prime minister.
Later on February 13, Shahbaz Sharif, during a meeting with PML-Q chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, requested cooperation on the no-confidence motion. Interestingly, Shehbaz Sharif had visited the residence of the Chaudhry brothers after 14 years.
Statement of Fawad Chaudhry
Federal Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry says that we have a respectful relationship with Jahangir Khan Tareen. He will support PTI while PDM chief Fazlur Rehman, PML-N vice president Maryam Nawaz and president Shehbaz Sharif are dwarfs.
Calling the opposition leaders political dwarfs, Fawad Chaudhry also criticized PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and said that the words of the opposition leaders were not heard at the international level. Family members do not trust those who bring a no-confidence motion.
It is noteworthy that the Opposition’s own members of the Assembly played their part in electing the PTI members in the Senate elections, the latest example being Senator Faisal Vawda, who is facing a lifelong disqualification case.
Earlier, a video surfaced showing PDM leaders considering other options, including a no-confidence motion, in which PTI leaders said the faces of those seeking to overthrow the government were downcast.
Hassan Khawar said four days ago that the troubled faces of the opposition were evidence of the no-confidence motion on the part of the PDM. Opposition leaders must meet with their allies, whether with government allies or not.

The federal and provincial ministers of PTI are not confused about the completion of 5 years of government and give open statements. Special Assistant to Chief Minister Punjab Hassan Khawar further said that corruption cases are defended by argument, not by conspiracies.
