ISLAMABAD: Rising prices and a weakened currency are straining households in Pakistan. Today, not only the poor but also the white-clad class in the country is anxious for a two-time bread.
However, even today there are countless people who, instead of complaining about fate, try to change the situation with their determination. One such young man is Mohammad Zaheer, who started selling homemade macaroni in Islamabad to support his family.
Mohammad Zaheer’s father hails from Mansehra and works for a private company in Blue Area while Zaheer is currently a first-year student. Mohammad Zaheer started selling macaroni at G-9 Sector due to financial constraints in his home.
According to Zaheer, his financial conditions were very bad due to the rising inflation. Zaheer shared the idea of making and selling homemade macaroni with his mother and sister, and by their helped, he started the small business without any shame.
“At start, I faced some difficulties. However, gradually the people started visiting and my business has almost doubled than before. The most significant things are reasonable price and the homemade thing, which gather attention of citizens,” he added.
The young man said there is no shame whatsoever in making a living for yourself and for your family. “I have been doing this for a month now but by the grace of Allah Almighty our financial situation is improving,” he added.
