A new report has claimed that Deepika Padukone is expecting her first baby with her husband Ranveer Singh.
The duo has been married for over five years now. A report by The Week has claimed that the actress is preparing for motherhood.
As per the reports, the actress is said to be in her second trimester. The couple has yet to address these claims.
Interestingly the news of her pregnancy comes shortly after it was reported that Deepika has opted out of ‘The White Lotus’ season 3.
Last month, there were speculations that Deepika will be seen in the third season of the hit HBO show. However, over the weekend, it was reported that Deepika had opted out of the show.
This is not the first time that the actress has been subjected to pregnancy rumours. Last month, when Deepika shared photos from the promotions of Fighter, fans believed to have noticed a ‘bump’ and soon enough they flooded the comments section asking if she was pregnant.
Back in January 2023, the actress in an interview with Vogue Singapore said that she wanted to have kids with Ranveer. Â
On the work front, the actress, who was recently seen in ‘Fighter’ alongside Hrithik Roshan, will be seen in ‘Kalki 2989 AD’ with Prabhas.
