In the view of the protest of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, internet services will be completely shut down across the country from 12 pm on Saturday, sources said.
Private TV channel Express has reported quoting sources that the government has decided to close the internet service after 12 o’clock tonight, after which the mobile data as well as Wi-Fi service will not run.
Sources say that mobile service will be open, but the decision to close the service will be taken based on the circumstances.
This means that mobile phone service, like the Internet, can be completely shut down if necessary.
It should be noted that PTI has announced a massive protest and sit-in in Islamabad on November 24 under the title of Final Call for the release of its leader Imran Khan.
