Former Pakistan cricket captain Shoaib Malik has revealed that he makes it a priority to visit Dubai twice a month to spend time with his son, Azhaan.
During a recent appearance on a Ramadan transmission, Shoaib Malik spoke about his personal life and his bond with his son.
He described their relationship as more of a friendship than just a father-son connection, emphasizing that they share a strong bond.
“I make sure to visit Dubai at least twice a month to be with my son and spend quality time with him,” said the cricketer.
Malik further shared that during his stay in Dubai, he personally drops and picks up Azhaan from school and actively participates in his sports activities. He stressed the importance of parents fostering a friendship with their children, adding that he himself is very close to his mother.
He also mentioned that he often takes Azhaan to the park, where they engage in friendly football matches, which his son enjoys the most.
It is worth noting that after his divorce from Indian tennis star Sania Mirza, Shoaib Malik married actress Sana Javed. Since then, his son Azhaan has been living in Dubai with his mother.
