Bollywood leading actor Rajkummar Rao has been receiving offers from Hollywood after his movie ‘The White Tiger’ won an Oscar nomination.
Directed by Ramin Bahrani and starring Rajkummar, has been nominated at the Oscars in the Best Adapted Screenplay category this year.
According to the White Tiger actor, it would be fun to explore work in the west as I had a great time being a part of this. “The film has done phenomenally well worldwide,” Rajkummar asserted in an interview with international media.
“The kind of love I got from all over the world is overwhelming and for me to get an opportunity to work with Ramin (Bahrani, director) was a great experience,” Rajkummar expressed excitement about the film’s achievements.

The White Tiger stars Adarsh Gourav, Rajkummar Rao, and Priyanka Chopra. The film is adapted from the book titled The White Tiger authored by Aravind Adiga. The ceremony will take place in-person at Los Angeles’ Union Station.
Rajkummar’s other release this year has been Roohi, which became the first major film to release in theatres after a year since coronavirus hit. The actor, who won the National Award in 2014 for his title role in Shahid, has given memorable roles in numerous films in his 11-year-old career notably, Aligarh, Bareilly Ki Barfi, CityLights, Omerta, Newton, and Trapped.
