Two Class IV employees of a government medical complex in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Mardan district raped a widowed woman. Police have arrested two accused in connection with the crime.
Two Class 4 employees of Mardan Medical Complex Hospital raped a 32-year-old widow who came to the hospital. The accused, Aziz and Zakir, are government employees of the hospital.
It is reported that the victim is a widow who belongs to the Bakhshali area of Mardan.
She had gone missing from her home on January 4, but nearly a week later, on January 11, the woman reached the police station and filed a case of sexual assault against the alleged accused Aziz and Zakir.
The police have arrested one of the accused while the other two are absconding. Police are conducting raids to arrest the accused.
